Welcome! So you’ve taken a look around and you are now ready for a little story about me? Well pull up a chair and get ready! When I was a little girl …nah, just kidding. Let’s get down to the stuff you want to know.
I am a photographer with over 10 years experience. I started my journey shooting live music gigs and band portraits for labels and leading music magazines. I didn’t ever expect to end up as a wedding photographer but when I realised I could shoot weddings MY way, I realised weddings and me were meant to be. I have photographed a LOT of weddings since that point. Weddings can be stressful if you haven’t organised one or been the guests of honour at one before but, luckily, I have seen a few go down. I can give you some helpful suggestions on how to make the day run super smoothly and to get you to the d-floor without any unnecessary fuss.
I may obsess a little over my photography but I do other things too. In the off times I’m not attached to a camera, I’m:
– Riding my bicycle
– Listening to podcasts such as “You Made it Weird with Pete Holmes”, “This American Life”, “Stuff You Should Know”, “Serial” and “Death, Sex and Money”
– Exploring Melbourne to find the best burger, current contenders are Beatbox Burger, Brother Burger and Huxtaburger
Fun aside, I’m serious about my work and delivering quality casual, candid wedding photos. Don’t believe me check out what some of my former couples have to say and for the latest samples of my work visit galleries.
Want to know a little bit more about me? How about you read some words written by someone else. The lovely folk over at Polka Dot Bride interviewed me for their Expert Interview series in January 2017.
